(TOS)
Zoner Web Hosting. (“The Company”) agrees to provide services to the Subscriber, as long as the Terms of Service is met. If the TOS is not met, Zoner Web Hosting has to right to cancel, suspend, or delete your subscription with NO REFUND.
We will setup your account after we have received the payment from the subscriber. It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, City, State, Zip, Etc.
Zoner Web Hosting will NOT host any website with the following content:
E-mail bombing: The attempt to send an email to a specific victim which can consume mass amounts of additional resources.
Pornography: We do not allow pornography of any kind on our servers. Links to pornographic websites may lead to an account suspension.
“Unfriendly” server attacks: Zoner Web Hosting does not allow activity that will/can assume additional system or network resources. Nor do we allow attacks against our servers, or other users.
Warez sites: Zoner Web Hosting does not allow pirated, cracked, or illegally distributed software on our servers.
Viruses: Zoner Web Hosting will not put up with the distribution of virus distribution, virus tools, virus creators, virus creation, Etc.
Spyware: Zoner Web Hosting will not host sites that have spyware related programs, or are affiliated with any spyware groups, organizations, or companys.
Spamming: Zone Web Hosting will not host any sites that send unsolicited email.
Unauthorized Access: Zoner Web Hosting does not allow Unauthorized Access which can harm our subscribers, hurt our network, loss of data, Etc.
Hate Sites: Zoner Web Hosting will not let our subscribers to use our server to email, post, or other means to bash, hurt, “make fun of”, or other ways to put down an individual, group, organization, government, company, and Etc.
Threats: Zoner Web Hosting will not let our subscribers to use our server to email, post, or other means to threat an individual, group, organization, government, company, and Etc.
Harassment: Zoner Web Hosting will not let our subscribers to use our server to email, post, or other means to harass an individual, group, organization, government, company, and Etc.
Legal: Zoner Web Hosting will NOT host any content that is against the law. If we find content that is against the law from our subscriber, we will suspend or cancel the subscriber’s account until it is resolved.
Fraud: Zoner Web Hosting will NOT put up with Fraud. We will contact authorities if fraud is detected.
Violation of Zoner Web Hosting Content Policy could lead to having your account deleted with out no refund.
Any abuse towards our staff, affiliates, or network technicians will not be tolerated. This includes foul language, threats, and anything else that may be offensive.
We except MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discovery, eCheck, Money Orders, personal checks, and business checks. Any other payment methods must be approved by the Zoner Web Hosting Staff. All credit card and eCheck orders will be processed through PayPal. Money Orders, Personal checks, and business checks must be post marked with-in one week. Checks need to be cleared through the bank be for you account will be activated.
We required that you give Zoner Web Hosting a 15 day notice prior to cancellation of service. You will get a refund of the remaining balance.
Any Customer that doest not agree to this policy can have there account suspended, removed, terminated, or deleted. If you the customer has violated this TOS Contact in anyway and have your account deleted, suspended, terminated, or removed, than you will not get a refund of any kind.
